Re: If the Lunar-Net website was getting a graphical update
Love that Mario-inspired Lunar gif you have as your profile pic though. Work like that keeps Lunar alive and the fanbase entertained and inspired.

This takes me back! My favorite still is the '99 collage banner. I remember back then how much of bad ass you were G1. I would introduce my buddies to your site and tell them I know the guy who made this -Dragon Diamond-!

Re: Activism, Social Justice, Protests and you: The Political Discussion Containment Thread
I've been striving living my entire life to be unequal to everyone around me. I always aimed to win at everything I do. I always aimed at the top grades in class. I always aimed to be better than everyone I meet if something piques my competitive edge. Now-a-days I want to earn more money than every...

I remember flipping through old EGM's or GameFans or whatever else and seeing these captivating ads with the sweet art style and knew I had to have it.

Most of it didn't really stand out, but the last one I watched, Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day was actually quite good. Even if you are kind of jaded about the animes (I am looking at you Kizyr), I recommend watching a few episodes and seeing if you like it. It feels more like something writte...

Jesus, there's some really dated crap in this thread. Shingeki no Kyojin - One word: Intense. Kingdom (Season 1) - If Suikoden could choose to be an anime.. Maoyu Maou Yuusha - JRPG parody to teach some economics. Shin Sekai Yori - An emotional journey that's different yet familiar. Space Battleship...

Re: For the first time in my life I broke up w/ a friend.
General rule of thumb for me is if I ever become unsatisfied in any relationship in which it's causing me mental anguish, I usually take a break from that person. There aren't many things more important than your own emotional & mental health.

Re: Why do Anime Music Videos suck now?
Anime is becoming too overly saturated these days anyway with a bunch of what seems like an endless supply of over the top beautiful guys doing bugger all. Oh, and everyone is a vampire. Haha yess!! I personally can't stand that about much of Anime today either. I swear Goku from DBZ and Gutts from...

I'm fine with it. Mostly because I'm ok with any subversion of stereotypes.

Thanks for your replies but from what I've gathered even further more truthfully is that it's Saudi Arabian Terrorists causing all the trouble in Iraq. It was mostly Saudi Arabian Terrorists who attacked us on 9/11 and it's Saudi Arabia who harbors these terrorists and treats enemies of our Nation a...

I suppose that makes sense, we all know insurgents don't attack the moscs (forgive the spelling) rather we just make the public think they do, when in fact we do! /sarcasm off I fail to see any hidden religious agenda. Sure, there may be plenty of hidden agendas some where, but I've yet to see any ...

War in Iraq?
What's the deal man? I'm shipping out for the Marines in June and I been thinking for the first time about this so called "Rebuilding Process" in Iraq. Is this a war of hidden religious agenda? Are "the West" systematically decade by decade trying to obliterate 'Islam' or somethi...

Well, no offense to anyone but I always felt that if you move to a country, you should at least try to learn their language. Isn't it a bit hypocritical then that you lived in Germany for several years, but never learned German? My whole area is predominantly Korean now. Just about every store and ...
