PS2's are not and have never been known for breaking down.

There were all kinds of stories going around the 'Net about launch PS2's breaking. I'm assuming this is what he was talking about.

I'm sorry... I hope that my post hasn't angered or annoyed anyone. Nah, I'm not annoyed. I just turned my sarcasm up a few notches too many. But AIDS... well, I don't much either. i saw a figure of how many people were being infected with the disease each year. It was astronomical... but I forget t...

Why don't we quit worrying about looming pandemics and focus on the AIDS pandemic at hand? The way that the media contiually tries to scare people in order to boost ratings makes me sick. Oh, and on the food thing, first mad cow disease scares keeps us from eating beef, and now the bird flu keeps us...

Awesome costume, Sonic. I'll pretend it's from the Nick version and not Disney's Doug since I enjoyed that series far more. Man! I miss Doug.

I really hate to admit this, but I'm selling my copy of DS Friday for Phoenix Wright. I enjoyed the game (most of the time), but it's just not something I picture myself playing again (possibly a New Game+ mode would change my mind).

Wisequark, you do know there's a "Do not call list", right? (I can never find the appropriate emoticon here, but I think that works).

I wonder how long it will be until they outsource telemarketers. Can't be long (perhaps some companies already have?).

Yeah, I remember Dragonmaster Louie as well, but I'm guessing that WD meant Neil. It was just lost in translation I guess. I remember coming across a topic about a year or two back, but I don't remember where. So I'm not much help here.

I think the first Dragonmaster is the famous jazz musician Louis Armstrong. [spoiler]Much like Jian, Dragonmaster Louis fought in a very unconventional way. He would defeat his enemies by playing really high notes on his trumpet. If that didn't work, he would hit them over the head with his trumpet ...

Spoilers for DS [spoiler]I'm pretty sure that Ignatius is not the first Dragonmaster. The first Dragonmaster was also the first person (either beastman, human, or member of the Vile Tribe) to walk the surface of Lunar. I at least hope Ignatius was not the first Dragonmaster because I think that woul...

You only talk to the people you're required to? ... Why do you play RPGs? Well, I liked to talk to characters in the previous Lunars (and other WD games and Earthbound). But I can see his point with some games where all the NPCs are saying things like, "Wow, the grass is really green today." And th...

That was a pretty good article.

Oh great! The picture everyone uses comes from Cincinnati which might as well be my home town.

Just what Cincy needs. First people associate them with race riots. Now with Jack Thompson.

I've been getting about one call a week from HUD. The first three or so times I told the person that they're calling a dorm room and that I don't think their survey really applies to me(which it really doesn't). I kept getting these calls and starting hanging up. Now I say that I have to get somethi...

I went to English class yesterday my teacher told me what a run-on is it's a sentence where you put two complete thoughts together without a comma and coordinating conjunction, a semi-colon, or a colon apparently punctuation is important.

Re: Lunar: DS is no good

they have the right to voice theiro own opinion on a game or on anything for that This is something that's alwasys bothered me. People need to understand that freedom of speech works both ways. Sure he can voice his opinion(I would barely call his post an opinion), but we can voice our opinions too...
