Re: Do we really need a Lunar 3, in all actuality?
:?: Er,okay, but, I don't really care what the second Lunar games is tecnically called. Let's not get to worked up over names here. That's not the point of this discussion, but EB is the second Lunar game to be in the main series. Whether or not '2' is in the actual title is completely irrelevant as ...

Re: Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-
Eh, it was okay. I just wish they'd made this sooner, and for the PS2 or 3, instead of spitting on Zack's story yet again by knocking him a bunch of notches to a handheld.

Re: Final Fantasy XII
I didn't really care for the storyline all that much. You didn't care for the Star Wars or Final Fantasy VI storylines, either then, bucko. I thought it was boring and you knew what was going to happen so early on that I felt like there was no storyline. Um, that makes no sense. Having an idea wher...

Re: Do we really need a Lunar 3, in all actuality?
Don't just be discouraged and comfort yourself with "yeah well i didn't want it anyway!". I'm not being 'just discouraged'. I'm being realistic, basing my expectations of what Lunar 3 would hold given GameArts and Square's current (mostly terrible) track records. As things stand now, can ...

Re: Do we really need a Lunar 3, in all actuality?
I liked both Legend of Mana and Secret of Mana. I haven't played the others though, so I can't say. So do I. Sorry, I didn't mean to put you under the impression I hated those titles. The early Mana games are brilliant, but the later ones go out of their way to abandon everything that made Secret o...

Do we really need a Lunar 3, in all actuality?
Let's think about this for a second. Lunar: TSS, and Lunar 2: TEB, were great games. Classics, as are their various remakes. Walk School was okay, but nothing really special. And Lunar: DS. Oh my God... What were they thinking? Its been about 12 years since the last quality installment into th...

Re: Final Fantasy XII
I got FFXII as well. I know this topic is a little old, but I have a question about it. I've played this game through and I think its really good, but it flopped. What exactly was it about this that people didn't like? It can't because of anything to do with Star Wars, because the similarities betwe...

Re: Kyle discussion! From the topic about the pairings
I know I may have gone a bit hard on Kyle in our discussion, but I want it to go on the record that I do not dislike him. Quite the contrary. He's part of why I could stand to get the end of the game when things kept getting increasingly serious, and it got to when only Kyle was the one still wearin...

I'd live either in Burg or Vane.
Burg: 'Cause its safe and quiet.
Vane: Because of the books I'd have access to.

Re: Lunar Alternate Pairings
Sonic, Kyle's own men tell us that women fit right into the equation. He womanizes. Not boyfriend/husband material. And Kyle caring about Mel and everyone else just means that he does have a heart beyond the drunken thief, but he's far from being maturely able to take another steps farther in a rela...

Re: Lunar Alternate Pairings
Alunissage, I don't buy it, frankly. If he ever really was serious about Jessica, there'd have been no 'women' in 'whine, women, and song', period. I will stand by that stance firmly. He's either committed, or he's not.

Re: Lunar Alternate Pairings
Another good example. Heh. Phacia would have been good for Ghaleon a lot earlier whenhe, perhaps, needed a dose of sanity. I know that guy has a problem with it, but I could see Alex and Jessica. I doubt that Kyle and Jess will ever get truly serious, unless Kyle does a lot more changing and, at the...

Re: Lunar Alternate Pairings
I think my problem is that I think the pairings are suitable as they are. Let me try to detatch myself from that a little... I know. This is just for fun. I can easily see Jean and Leo, too. But its hardly an alernate pairing, as neither ended with anyone as of the ending of the second game, anyway...

Re: Okay guys, we need to be proactive if we want Lunar 3....
Well, I guess I got the wires crossed, then. My mistake, When I learned that the creators planned three stories, I thought that it meant "3 games". So, from there on I always assumed that Lunar 2 was actually supposed to be "Lunar 3" and thought that's why I never got another seq...

Re: What system would you like to see Lunar 3 on?
The Wii. Its an awsome system based entirely on gamer/console interaction for its games.
The Wii can handle the anime cut scenes, but in actuality, graphics don't really matter to me. Just give me good controls, and solid hours and doing whatever the game is based around and I'm good to go.

Lunar Alternate Pairings
Hello, following up such topics as "Lunar Dating" and "Lunar Romance" (I think that was the topic title, anyway) is this one random idea I had and decided purely on whim to see where it goes. Lunar Alternate Pairings: Basically, you take either of the groups from the main titles ...
