Just to be difficult, I'll point out that Tempest used a whip rather than a bow in TSS, and Lemina used a bow in EB. Not to mention the fact that she has that cool little lightning barrette and Nash, the other mage of electricity, also used a bow. Barrette? What are you talking about? Lemina doesn'...

Wasn't the main issue with the movies the bandwidth consumed by them?

Just to be difficult, I'll point out that Tempest used a whip rather than a bow in TSS, and Lemina used a bow in EB. The catgirl reminds me a lot of Jessica, but the ears are odd. I wonder if that's one of the features that disappeared, since Jessica was only half-beastman...come to think of it, I t...

I took what, close to two and a half years to finish Legend? I blame the translation, though, and my compulsive card-collecting which made me so overleveled that the battles were a total snooze. Plus the fact that the game came out at a really miserable time and I just wasn't up to it right then. I ...

It would be much more crucial to rerelease the SegaCD ones. :P SSSC was already practically done with Legend.

An ancestor of Lucia, the person left on the Blue Star when Althena took humans to Lunar? Not bloody likely.

Wow, Alaska? Cool! Where to? I was only there once, but I thought it'd be an interesting place to be year-round.

You have way too much time on your hands to get through eight RPGs in a year. :P I'd count myself lucky if I could get through more than two.

I agree, I think shadows should be under enemies. It would make it seem more realistic...in a 2D way anyway. Actually, I wasn't even thinking of the enemies...it's the characters which look unfinished and pasted without them. Uhh... has anyone else noticed that Lucia in Dragon Song is wearing the e...

It would be awesome to see a hard cover book pre-order item. Just like the manuals from the Lunar Complete games. Yup, it'd fit right into that DS game box. Look, wake up, folks. The closest we're likely to get for a bonus is a demo for some other Ubi game. I'd love to be proven wrong on this, but ...

Yeah, they are...I'm seeing some familiar enemies, like the Ice Mongrel.

I do hope they put some shadows under the sprites, though. The lack of shadows makes them tend to look pasted on over the backgrounds.

I'd like to know what it's saying about using the touch screen in battle.

Hey, I liked Vay. I've never replayed it, other than the very beginning when I was showing it to a friend of mine, but I did enjoy it and want to replay it sometime. I think JWL is a fan of it too, or at least remembers it well. I don't know about the other aspects, but the most infamous change is t...

Me too, re TSS. Not the young part but the not seeing things coming part. It was my first RPG and I really didn't expect Quark to be killed, although the bad vibes from Ghaleon just before were about as subtle as a foghorn blast. My housemate said he pegged Ghaleon as evil from the start because his...

It's real. Some jerk...okay, I suppose I shouldn't say that, but I'm still annoyed about it...found it via GameShark and then people kept looking for it until other people in the know dropped enough hints for it to be found. I really think you should try to find it yourself, though...hahaha. Clues a...

Yeah, Grow 3 takes place 1000 years before Grow 1, which is a year or so before Grow 2. I wonder why so many game civilizations only seem to have game-worthy eras 1000 years apart. Hm, I can't seem to find the FHS stuff, and yet I do remember coming across it on the site in some obscure section. Wel...

Nothing so generally available. Twelve or thirteen of us got them as prizes for having our haikus selected for inclusion in EBC (when you read that book in Gwyn's house later in the game you can see them; I think G1's is first). WD also had a claw machine at E3 with Nalls in it, and I got a second t...

I would've been more irritated if Lunar was announced for the PSP because there's nothing I want on the PSP and I wouldn't be able to justify buying a system for just one game. The DS I know is going to have several games I want (since I saw them all at E3). It's just a matter of waiting for them t...

As it should be. I can't believe they were going for $50...totally devalues them. On the other hand, that $200 sale is probably what made the resemblance between Vic and Lemina so pronounced...hehe.
