Are you really Vic or George Brossard from 3drealms? =P
If he said he would gladly put it off until December 2014, then we would know for sure it was George Brossard in disguise.

Poor Sales in Japan?

Since I was curious of how this game was doing across the Pacific, I looked it up on vgchartz:

I sure hope these numbers aren't accurate. If they are, perhaps it will fare better in other parts of the world.

Re: I See You Are Truly Beautiful Crowd.

A pleasure to meet you as well, Pigeon. I don't blame you for looking forward to SSH. It looks like a good game and its existence means the series is still alive. I also agree that the simplicity and light-heartedness of Lunar games is a big part of what makes them so great. As for Dragon Song, I us...

Re: A Thought on Dragon Diamonds (spoilers)

What?! Nall's a dragon?! -Fatal Hopper- SPOILERS SP >.< YOU -Albino Baboon-. Lol. I figured the vast majority of members here (if not all) already know that, but I didn't want to ruin it for anyone who may be experiencing Lunar for the first time with SSH. Then again, it's so obvious that most peop...

Re: Release date moved

I pre-ordered my copy at gamestop earlier today and that's the same date I was given. It just happened that the worker was also a Lunar fan, so we ended up having a short conversation about Lunar 3.

Happy recent birthday! I turned 26 on the 8th of this month, so I'm not too far behind you.

Uncharted, VC and inFamous were the reasons I picked up a PS3.
I'll second that. Valkyria Chronicles is a masterpiece and is pretty cheap if you can find it.

Hey, fruity pebbles add up and they're just the right size to fit into rings. By "bastardize," do you mean the the subject matter I've associated dragons with or how many times I used the word?

Re: What system would you like to see Lunar 3 on?

I voted for the PS3 because its my console of choice. I'd gladly buy it for the wii or 360, though. The wii would be plenty powerful to make a good Lunar game, but I'd be worried about its sales because non-Nintendo games don't tend to move many units. I'm still a bit disappointed about Skies or Arc...

Re: Impressions from the Demo

I agree with what both of you are saying and did take those factors into account. Developers have been toning down the difficulty of many games in general this gen, so the easy starting difficulty is no surprise (though I did prefer having to put forth effort). The demo starts you out at level 3, bu...

A Thought on Dragon Diamonds (spoilers)

While playing through the SSH demo, something dawned on me when Ramus wanted to go to the dragon cave and get a dragon diamond. Dragon diamonds are nothing more than the White Dragon's waste, right? Well, since Nall is a young white dragon, doesn't that mean that he would excrete little diamonds als...

Re: Impressions from the Demo

I played through the demo earlier tonight, so I'll give my input. The first thing I noticed was the new song lyrics during the intro movie. The song from SSSC sounded much better and had better lyrics, IMO. The new lyrics don't blend as naturally with the music and seem somewhat forced into sync. As...

Another Lunar Fan

My first exposure to the Lunar series was when I got Silver Star Story Complete for the ps1. It's box art and extra goodies caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. After watching the intro and listening to Alex's soliloquy in front of Dyne's monument, I already knew that I was going to enjoy t...
