Aside from the already mentioned Lunar and Castlevania, I think the upcoming New Super Mario Brothers looks fun.

You can also play any NES, SNES, and Genesis game on it if you wanted to. While I do think this is nifty, you should at least mention the downside (as I've heard a number of complaints about this): Sony apparently tends to break these sorts of things with newer firmware. The DS only has 512 Megabit carts available right now. There is the potential for higher capacity 1024 Megabit carts... Of the 1.2 GB that makes up lunar only about 70MB is the actual game, the rest is music and video on both discs(each disk has the entirety of the game with all graphics and events...

Personally, I can't wait. I just saw the new Mario Brothers video and it looks really awesome. With this and a few other titles, it seems like everything I want to play is on the DS (well, will be -- none of them have been released yet).

It could be an error, but the game was announced with an August release date in Japan, so a lot of people were inclined to believe it would be delayed until after that here.
