your [sic] really talking about that GameCube Ocarina of Time re-release bonus disc in Japan that you got if you pre-ordered Wind Waker there. Correct. Yes, I preordered the Japanese Wind Waker, specifically to get that disc (at the time it hadn't been confirmed for the US) -- I thought that'd be o...

This is as far as I got before being utterly bored. Maybe I'll finish later; at least I got most of the RPGs on this. This list does include some games purchased/owned by my bf. Every release of every Lunar game (30 in all) + 2 demos Zelda 1: NES, Mini-Famicom (J), collection (3) Zelda 2: NES, GC co...

Illustrator uses vector graphics. No scaling problems. If you have a line design and you zoom in, no pixellation. It drives me nuts when, after being used to Illustrator, I have to use Photoshop to edit something and I'm stuck with its pixellation and can't smoothly resize things. I only use the two...

Probably some of that high price is to recoup losses due to piracy. :P

I don't know that it's fair to say that they're priced too high unless you know the full scope of what the programs do. One hell of a lot of programming went into Photoshop.

There's also the little matter that some games go out of print and become rare and expensive, so getting them ahead of time is often a good idea.

I hate you for posting this on my first day back from vacation, when I won't be able to look at it for another eight hours at least. :P

No, seriously, thanks for letting us know.

Offhand, I think there's also a Jian Campbell and an Ignatius. And a Rufus, a Rufus Claw, a Lucia Collins...however, none of these people have bothered to post, making me wonder if they just registered the names to make them unavailable.

Nah, they'd just paint in clothing like they did for the Dark Althena image in Legend. :P

Hm, I don't remember any reference to Ghaleon empowering Xenobia, just releasing her and the rest of the Tribe. I know in TSS the NPCs refer to her as already the leader of them before Ghaleon allies with her. Regarding two varieties of Vile Tribe, I don't remember that particular distinction, but I...

Heh, of all of those I think the only ones I watched were He-Man and GI Joe. I really startled a friend of mine when I identified some of his Joes because he really wouldn't have expected me to know them. A friend of mine who was into anything military (and was also the first anime fan I knew, thoug...

No, no offense taken. I was just pointing out that while it's nice that you didn't want to cause confusion with G1's username, the concern was irrelevant in that particular case.

Well, in EBC at least, the point is that she's becoming more human and learning human responses...remember, in the first bathing scene, near the carnival, she's completely unaware of any taboo and wants only to be with her friends, unconscious of how nakedness is viewed, while in the later scene she...

In this sense I'm not so sure. If you own the game on the SNES, I wouldn't think it would be a big deal to using it on the PSP. Well, technically, you can only make a backup of a game you own yourself. In other words, downloading a ROM of a game you own doesn't qualify...you have to rip it yourself...

I don't agree. The point of "eternal" is that there's always hope, not just in the specific circumstances surrounding EB's setting. No reason to think that there hadn't been earlier dark hours in Lunar's history. Here's the full quote: Hope springs eternal in the human breast; Man never Is, but alwa...

I don't see how that follows, since the designs and animation were all Japanese. I can only think of one change to the artwork, the addition of some vines to Plantella in EB. Japanese artists don't design for us, they design for their compatriots.
