Re: Indy 4
It was a fun flick, a bit off from the originals (being based on Biblical artifacts, instead of aliens), but Shia's charcter added a new, fun bonus to it all. Heh, heh, gotta love greasers.

Re: Potential Lunar Remakes.
Well, it'd at least be able to have top notch animation, like from an actual show, then.

Potential Lunar Remakes.
Alright, we all know this series has had the hell remade out of it, but if they ported a new version onto some console or another, what would you want to see? Me, personally, I'd want to see a blend of the original Lunar: TSS, and Lunar: SSSC. Luna would still go on the journey up to when we learn t...

Re: I'm done buying Sony and Microsoft systems...
This is why I miss cartridge based consoles. They may not have the biggest memory space or the best graphics, but by God, modern consoles come nowhere close to beating them in longevity! I still have the old NES console that I brother bought may backin '87, and it still works perfectly (as good as t...

Re: So... Persona 3 FES
Personally speaking, I can't stand either game. You can control only one of the party, and the party can be people who practically have nothing to do with the main plot. On top of that, I really don't like gamesthat feature something that will, overtime, make a certain sight less shocking and make m...

Re: So, how did everyone discover Lunar?
Hey, thanks for the replies, everyone. Well, my story is, unfortunately, much later than that. I only just discovered Lunar a few years ago via Lunar Legends. I found out more about it through the via and the wonderful world of eBay to buy old copies of the 'Compete' remakes (I have a PSX, so its al...

So, how did everyone discover Lunar?
Yo, this place has been a bit slow lately. So, let's try to kick things off a bit with our stories of our discovery of this series. Yack it up.

Re: Do we really need a Lunar 3, in all actuality?
Another reason we don't need another Lunar game. It would inevitably get remade with the other two at some other point and we'd have three game, instead of just two, to have title scuffles over.

Re: The Worst One?
 Heh, heh, alright, let's get you up to 1,000, then. Card system, improvement or annoyance? I guess it really doesn't matter. Its a bad game either way. Although considering just what Dragon Song/Genesis did to the Lunar continuity (all three variations of it), the frelled up battle syst...

Re: The Worst One?
I don't agree. Its a bad game made worse by the cards system. IT should never have been set up that way. It's still a bad game. It's just made better by the card system, not worse.
Why are you even arguing with me over what I think of the Lunar: DS, battle system, anyway?

Re: Final Fantasy XII
That is still not the same thing as not having a storyline. This kind of story has been told so many times that it would be very difficult for us not to guess where the plot was going at this day and age. And not every game's plot has to be riddled with the plot twists and unforseeable conspiracies ...

Re: The Worst One?
My mistake, then. But either way, the card system didn't work, and is part of the why the game stunk. Yeah, as the system was set up as is, the cards help...but, the system shouldn't have been set up that to begin with. Eh? 'being able to use magc in every battle'. I distinctly recall being able to ...

Re: The Worst One?
You're all nuts. The Silver Star and Eternal Blue, along with all their respective remakes, were obviously the worse of the series, man! Just look at their battle systems. WAY TOO easy to use! Those graphics?! Bah! Ony 8-Bits look good! And don't even get me started on that their plots make perfect ...

I was hoping that was what it was. You know Alun better than I do, I'll take your word for it. Sorry, but I'm always on the defense when it comes to the internet. I'm attacked for no apparent reason often enough that sometimes, replies kind of tend to seem all alike.

Re: Kyle discussion! From the topic about the pairings
Well said, Alun. After reading some of the other posts and this one, its just obvious that, in the end, regardless of everything thye are forced to do: Alex and co are youngsters with a lot to sort out about themselves. Kyle: eh, he probably does love Jessica, but before any solid relationship can b...
