Lunar Threads

Mmmkay, I have a lil problem here. After Lucia runs off early in the game to the place where Leo parked the Dragonship Destiny (Can't remember name x_x) When I try to go to the fourth floor i go down the steps and the screen stays black, but I still hear the music...

Any idea how to fix this?

Oh, I mean like, the little sprites (Not the big battle sprite things). The sprites that you walk around with pretty much XD. And I use my sisters email which is citrus.lolipopp@yahoo.com Thanks a bundle! Edit: Actually I may need the battle/ event sprites aswell. I'm attempting to make a fangame.
