Interesting find, I just tested it a bit. I've also just started playing the translation on the emulator KEGA Fusion. Fusion is better IMO cause the version you posted has some recurring sound lag, no graphical filters, not to mention I couldn't figure out the controls, let alone saves (on Fusion I have a real Genesis controller connected via a usb. Official saves don't work, but save states do.) Also it's only in Japanese, so unless you are fluent in it, you probably won't get very far (I speak/write some, though I have yet to finish a untranslated game.)
