The game may be hard to find, but it's not impossible. Discussion of obtaining ROMs or illegal copies of games is strictly forbidden on this site. You do understand that you're asking for a game published by UbiSoft, when this site houses the official site both for Lunar Legend and Lunar Dragon Song. Not exactly the smartest thing to do...
