i guess it does on the internet. although, while he was definitely rude...YOU'RE the one that basically told him to suck you off. how much more rude can it get?

EDIT: i forgot about this. here's another question. what are you trying to do now? he already said he doesn't care about it being fair or not. your post is ALMOST a restatement that'll likely fall on deaf ears. or blind eyes, more appropriately.

Kiz... have you been wiretapping without a warrant and sending people to military prison without formal charges? Again?

What an absurd example...

If you don't like it, buy your own board.

That's an all too accurate portrayal of the average freshman dorm based on my time in a freshman dorm. Heck... I was in an "Honors" dorm that year. I can't even imagine what it's like in the truly average dorm.

Game Arts has now officially jumped the shark. They will just rape the series more. They've already disgraced us with DS and personally I don't feel comfortable giving them a second chance to make Lunar = Crap. I don't foresee us ever getting another QUALITY Lunar game, and I for one would rather have NO Lunar 3 then a repeat of that vomited up piece of rubbish that is Lunar: Dragon Song.

another failed attempt still can't ruin things. i don't "accept" lunar ds and if another bad one happens, i'll hate and ignore that one. we still have all the other greats and that can't change. you wouldn't say ninja turtles 1 & 2 suck because 3 was awful, would you?

I disagree. I think bad sequels can ruin the originals. I don't believe this to be the case with Lunar. However, the Star Wars prequel trilogy has affected the way I think about the originals in a detrimental way.

You know, I still can't figure out how the first three SW ruined the orginals...

give reasons. it seems like many people hate the new ones because they feel they should. you know how bandwagons work.

For not liking the prequels?

--Overly stiff dialogue.

--Overly stiff dialogue is then aggravated by overly stiff acting.

-- Not enough action in the first two (especially the first one)

-- Jar Jar Binks

-- Episode one lacked focus

-- Too much build up in the series

-- Yet when it finally comes time for the buildup (Anakin's fall) it's over in somewhere near a minute.

-- Jar Jar Binks

Yeah, but Yoda going straight up apeshit (cause there's no other word to describe it) with a lightsaber made it all worth it for me. :P

It made sitting through the second movie (and the horrible dialogue/acting) worthwhile, sure. But I could've just as easily skipped the first.

...the third was okay, but that's all. KF

The first one had one redeeming factor: Qui-Gon.

Not much more than that though. Cept that wicked music in the final duel with Darth Maul. That was pretty cool.

The third was the best of the three for me though. And certainly, I liked the originals more than the new ones, but I was never a huge Star Wars nut to begin with, so that's probably why I'm not nearly so bothered by the prequels as die-hards are.

Some of the guys behind Mystery Science Theater have a site now where they do humorous commentaries that are meant to be played along with various movies. Their commentary for Episode I is pretty good. I recommend it for fans of Mystery Science Theater.

For not liking the prequels?

--Overly stiff dialogue. - Sorry, I didn't notice.

--Overly stiff dialogue is then aggravated by overly stiff acting. - Anakin in Episode 2 and 3 maybe...

-- Not enough action in the first two (especially the first one) - What? It had way more action per second than the originals. Originals: Swing lightsaber, pause, take advil for arthritise, swing, pause, repeat. New: Swingswingswipstabsomersaultjumpfalldie all in 1 seconds. :D

-- Jar Jar Binks - http://youtube.com/watch?v=g1jykF2bF9Y

-- Episode one lacked focus - Focus? How much focus do you want? Naboo is overthrown, they find anakin, free anakin, anakin saves the day, naboo is free, and anakin is a padawan.

-- Too much build up in the series - Build up? I think that's the point :P I mean, the same can be said about the originals. It took them 3 friggin movies to make Darth Vader go good and Luke learn how to actually swing the nerf bat, I mean, lightsaber.

-- Yet when it finally comes time for the buildup (Anakin's fall) it's over in somewhere near a minute. - Hmmm, but that was a good minute. :D

-- Jar Jar Binks - Again, http://youtube.com/watch?v=g1jykF2bF9Y
