GameArts sucks at making money :P
*checks wallet.*
*It's not throwing money at the screen*

Well I hope they make up for it with Steam.

I got tired of waiting, and asked GungHo about the status of this potential Lunar game. They were about as helpful as GameArts (ie not very helpful at all.) Their response is below:

"Greetings and thanks for contacting GungHo,

Please keep in mind we cannot answer individual inquiries regarding our future releases. We will make sure to let everyone know when we have official details regarding release dates for new titles.

You can also keep up to date via our official Facebook communities.

Thanks for your interest, and have a great day!"

(I know from experience about contacting GameArts, I asked about Lunar 3/an English translation of MSL! I posted the transcript on another thread)

It's a shame that Lunar isn't available in some form on the PSN in America. Lunar SSH is available on PSN for the PS Vita, but I'm really not that fond of that particular remake due to the loading screens and the intro battle, which pretty much spoils the whole plot.

After all, we have 90's RPGs like Xenogears, Suikoden II, and FF7 available on PSN.
