Over the last couple of months I got some new Lunar merchandise, and I took some better pics of everything too. My Alex keychain isn't in any of the pics, or my new Lunar poster, but everything else is... I lost my picture of the artbooks and the rest of my strategy guides :/

Nah, seriously, nice collection. You already got ahold of a Lunar Genesis strategy guide?

Wow!! Quite a collection you have! I've been hooked on All the LUNAR since yesterday. How long have you had your copy?

So far, I figured out how to get the Logo Changer to work and how to play the card game. Next challenge: Understanding the Email Checks!

Gah! I'm sorry about the sock ^^;; I'll have to photoshop that out :p

Yeah, I was very lucky because a friend of mine is currently in Japan teaching english and during the New Year's he came back to visit and that was his gift to me. I'll be going to Japan in Sept for my honeymoon, so I'll do my best to look not only for myself, but if anyone has requests I'll try to pick up some things for others as well. It'll really depend on my mulah situation though. I wish I was rich. It would make collecting Lunar merchandise much easier.

Anyhow, the guide was how I sent you those scans a few months back ;)

I must admit my collection is as large as it is due to my best friend who has an uncanny ability (kinda reminiscent to Alun's ^^) to find things online... and she's also been to Japan a couple of times in the last few years. Then my fiance has an awesome Korean friend who found the korean pc Lunar for me. So I'm very grateful and proud of my collection. Whenever I'm feeling down I look at it and smile :) I hope to add the Lucia Resin and much more to it... but it's so hard to find older stuff nowadays. ;_;

EDIT: I've had my All the Lunar for a little while now, but I've been to scared (silly I know) of messing up the plastic covering it. Also, almost every free moment is going towards my wedding planning and other stuff. I'm blocking out Friday night as All the Lunar night darn it!

Has anyone found the LUNAR EB Demo yet? Also, when All the LUNAR came in yesterday, there was a surprise with it: LUNAR Eternal Blue: Lunatic Parade, Vol. 2. Is this a common CD or is it rare too?

I think any of the Lunatic Parade CDs are pretty rare. At least, I suck at finding them :p I think you got a really nice bonus with your All the Lunar ;)

Thanks. m-2 (The EBay who sold them to me) said he could find Vol. 1 for me. Question: Does the Korean version of LUNAR: SSSC have different languages on it? Also, is it worth it to pick up the original Walking School for Game Gear?

Is it worth it? Well only you can really answer that as a collector ;) I collect anything and everything Lunar I possibly can. It's all worth it to me, but for some, they may feel its a waste to collect imports, for instance, if you can't understand the language.

To answer your question about the Korean Lunar... it's in Korean ;p Which is interesting and funny... none of them can scream convincingly. I couldn't help but laugh whenever they yelled :D

RATS!! I was hoping I could play it in English....Oh well....In any case, I already printed Kizyr's SG out a while ago. Maybe I should look for Strolling School. Why not, since nobody finished the translation yet?

One thing: Does anyone have an autographed copy of any of the LUNAR games?

It wouldn't be hard to get an autographed copy. Vic seems to be selling a lot of autographed stuff on Ebay. Or was last I checked.

I didn't think about it actually, but were you referring to Vic or anyone in the Lunar series, Jason? I have a signed Lunar EB Saturn guide by GameArts. I really should take a picture of it, but I don't have a digital camera handy. Perhaps at some point.

I think it's worth it. While it is quite rare, when you do manage to find it, it only sells for about $25 max. If you're going to be at Otakon, there's a used video game vendor who goes to there (and Katsucon) who has some extremely rare merchandise; he had a copy of Lunar: SS last I saw (I nudged one of my friends to buy it back then, though). To answer GhaleonOne's question, I am talking about Vic. I plan on sending my copy of LUNAR: SSSC so he can autograph it. If I had been thinking, I should have asked him to autograph Popful Mail the first time around. I wonder how he's doing right now?

Next, Kizyr. Where is Otakon? Also, I'm surprised that Walking School only costs that much...

Otakon is in Baltimore, MD. It's held over three days in August (the site is http://www.otakon.com for more information). It's the largest convention on this half of the US, so there are the same benefits (and consequences) you'd expect with a large con.

There's a small chance this may actually be my last... Though I'd rather it not be. Depends on how things work out. KF

As I mentioned in another thread, I have the EB demo and so does G1.

The PC Lunar games are just SSS, not SSSC. Only the WD releases and the Saturn MPEG game have "Complete" in the titles. The Korean one does have English songs in it, and English credits (at least for Vic and Jenny). I'm not sure why you'd think the rest of the game might be in English, though.

Walking School can be played on a US Game Gear, of course.

Lunatic Parade is kind of nice to have. I've never even seen bootlegs of the Parades or Festas, so they're a bit more obscure.

I haven't seen any need to get my Lunar stuff autographed.

I slipped when I was talking about the PC game. Also, as for me thinking the Korean version would have an English option, I was thinking about other PC games that have different languages built into the program.

Finally, thanks for answering my question about the EB Demo. I remember chatting with you about it some time ago.

I'd do almost anything for a Lunar poster! *__* I'm kinda hoping to just stumble across one someday at a con or a small Japanese store or something. XD It'll never happen, but I can dream. >_>

And, GhaleonOne...are those Lunar glasses cases in the first picture?
