If it weren't for Vic. Where would Lunar be?

Actually, we don't know that. The SegaCD games might not have been localized by anyone else, but one or more of the remakes might have been.

So that's what it would have been like if I had invented the finglonger. One can always dream.

Whats a finglonger? Enlighten me oh wise and powerful werefrog.

BTW, your crassness and pock shots at me never cease to amaze me. I guess I should have explained that what I wrote was from an old game show. I think Alun got it, why don't you ask her?

Would they even have been made without the Sega CD US sales though?

Continuing down the absolutist train of thought, what other person would have authorized a Ghaleon punching puppet as a pre-order bonus?

I'm guessing that the US sales didn't have that much to do with Lunar 1 being remade and released in Japan so much. Heck, it even made it to Korea. My thought is that some NA publisher might have eventually noticed this and decided to give it a try over here.

I was reading too fast, because I could have sworn I read "I wish I had some clue where my muppet is." I should have slept longer.

It's a reference to Futurama, where Farnsworth muses about what it'd be like in an alternate universe. In other words, it wasn't a shot at you, but a reference to thinking about what'd happen if certain events in the past were different.

That being said, your claim is still very unlikely for the reason Alun mentioned. The PS1 Lunar games did well enough that it's highly likely someone would have brought them over. Had it never migrated from Saturn to PS1, though, it's unlikely we ever would've seen the remakes. KF

Round 2 comes tomorrow. I have something really good planned for this. Much better than the cheap pic I took for the first one. Also I have some other ideas to work with on this.
