Lunar Threads

Near the end of my fight with Ghaleon, he unleashed an unknown attack not mentioned in guide and (to my recollection) was never featured in the LSSSC!
It kinda looked like something Tabuu would do in SSB: Brawl.
Sadly, I failed to grab the name and he died shortly after (It looked like "Blast Locl" or something like that).
Has anyone experienced it?

I'm pretty sure it's Blast Loci (plural of locus). It's actually a warning spell that precedes another attack that will instantly kill everyone in the party, though I forget the name of that skill. You need to cast Dragon Guard or Mist Barrier as soon as it crops up.
