I think it was below mediocre and I didn't even see it. As soon as I heard that a big baddie was reduce to a purple cloud I was thoroughly disgusted. Not even a hot bod can save such a travesty of a movie. :p

i haven't even seen the first one yet, was it good. i know jessica alba is in it is that the only reason to watch it.

Re the original: It was entertaining fluff. Nothing profound but there are far worse ways to spend an hour and a half and the money for a rental.

I haven't seen the sequel yet, but from what I've heard, I don't like what they have done to Galactus. I also didn't feel that the movie would really be worth spending seven dollars (or more if I went to the ultra deluxe Roman bathhouse/ movie theater). Any chance that the movie is in a discount theater yet? I wouldn't mind spending two dollars to see it in a run down theater with sticky floors.

Edit: No dice. It's either not in the dollar theater yet, or it's already come and gone.

ONE! The New movie was written more like the comics, they brought it back to it's roots. Personally, even without Chris Evans I loved it! It was a solid Comic Book movie that had everythin' I needed to see.

TWO! As for said purple cloud, my guess is, that THAT will be focused more on if they decide to do a Silver Surfer movie, and judgin' by one of the characters they put in the movie, that is a great possibility. Who doesn't like the Surfer anyway?! Big Purple Cloud will be expanded upon.

I finally saw it this weekend, and I liked it. It was no Schindler's List, but it was definately enjoyable.

And as for Galactus being a cloud, he was definately the most bad-ass cloud I've ever seen.
