At least you didn't go up, staying the same isn't all that bad. You have done well so far.

Thanks. I'm just hoping that I can get to 200 before year's end (with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, it'll take a miracle.)

Nah, not really, just be smart about it. Turkey is good for you. A there's a lot of Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner food that's good for you. Just be picky and portion control.

Okay, so it seems the thanksgiving gain was merely delayed, not averted. D: 206 this morning.

You're getting there. Don't be discouraged!

When I was home over break, I weighed in to discover that I had reached my goal! I don't know how well I'm doing at maintaining the weight. It's really close to finals, and although I haven't really been overeating, my diet has really suffered. I've been eating too much junk food and drinking too much pop (for the caffeine).

Oh well, tomorrow's another day. I'll try to start eating any more fruits and vegetables (instead of potato chips) and drink tea (instead of soda... or you know I could try to get some sleep... yeah, I know... that's not going to happen much this week). Oh and exercise. I need to start that again.

Keep it up. Just be glad you didn't gain five pounds after Thanksgiving like I did...

Note to self: Don't eat so much at Christmas & New Year's Eve

I have been on the scale though sadly. D: I went up a few lbs. thanks to Christmas. Can't be helped I suppose, what's important is to get right back on the weight loss express.

Yeah, it seemed like you hit a plateau for a little while, but maybe you'll be coming down again now. You're actually going at a good pace!

205.4, okay, but nothing I haven't seen before. Need to keep moving down. Been flying up and and down between 205-207 lately. Went to an internal medicine doctor for gasiness and he informed me that too much artificial sweetener = bad bacteria build up. On medication for that now and cutting out the artificial sweeteners, maybe that'll help?

Probably for the best. There have been experiments before with three groups of rats. All of the rats were fed the same basic diet. One group was given water, the other sugar water, and the final group water with artificial sweetener. The only group of rats that gained weight was the rats given artificial sweetener. The theory is that artificial sweetener stimulates appetite.

But anyway, the only thing that I might have artificial sweetener in is diet soda, but I'd rather drink water than that anyway.

I gotta start losing weight too... >.> meh...

I don't even know where to start. Oatmeal for breakfast, a sammich for lunch and some fruit for dinner eh?

Trying to figure out how to exercise too since I've gotten kinda insecure about my shape and I'm horribly out of exercise.
