Glorious Snow

We got our first major snowfall yesterday. It's snowed once or twice before but melted right after but now we have a few inch's. Apparently no one knows how to drive in the snow here anymore, causing at least 6 accidents in the area blocking any road that actually leads somewhere in this small town and my Boyfriend have to walk home from work after it took him half an hour to drive two blocks. But anyways, halfway through my hour of shoveling snow around our house this morning(i'm slow and weak) I decided to make a snowman!

I am now done with snow and would like to to go away.
Anyone else have snow yet and done anything fun with it?

Luckily, the temperature these past few weeks has been surprisingly mild. I have a love/hate relationship with our Winters. I hate how painfully cold they are, but I do like the snow. I'm glad we managed to hold onto some warmer weather this late in November. :D
Today was a different story though. The temperature finally plummeted and we had some decent flurries throughout the day. It's funny, love or hate the winter, everyone I talked to today that mentioned the snow couldn't hide their excitement. Even those moaning about it and dreading the freezing weather still wore a smile and had a hint of amusement in their voice. :)

The snowman pictures are adorable, Kaiya! The Luigi cap is a nice touch! lol
And I'm sorry, where in B.C. are you residing now? They usually don't get snow like that in Vancouver, right? (I thought you were close to Vancouver, correct me if I'm wrong!!)

Im with you i hate the cold but love the snow too, well i start to hate it after shoveling it. A little over a ago year i moved to the Kootenay area, Closer to the east side of BC, up in a mountain area so we get lots of snow.

What is a Congressman?

Alternatively (sticking with the weather theme), what's a hurricane?

It hasn't snowed here yet, but I'm guessing it will. At that point I will more than likely sit inside and grumble about it.

It's supposed to snow here today but I don't think it's gonna be much. Next week though it's like snowing everyday. <3

Depends on the calender you follow. If you were to follow the Colorado calender, then its May through September is summer, a week or two of late September/October is fall, October through April is winter, and a few weeks in May is spring. XD
