FF 7: Advent Children pushed back again
According to a blurb I just read on Animenewsnetwork, AC is being pushed back to 1-10-06 release because they are toying with a limited theatrical release.
So, do you want to watch you FF 7 in the privacy of your home, with possibly a couple of other gaming buddies, or go to a theater and watch it with what will most likely be a small army of nutty fanboy and fangirls who are complete and utter tools.
....yes....as the theme continues....I hate fanboys/girls

Good lord, I am starting to wonder if they are ever going to release this movie in America.

Yes, this is the problem. I would go see AC on the big screen, but having to go with my <shudder> peers would spoil it. Just get the damn DVD out. What is it now, a 4 month gap? If SE loses sales to piracy, I don't have any sympathy for them at this point.

Yes, because we know that, after the US waited nearly 20 years for a decently dubbed version of Nausicaa and several years for the remake of Lunar TSS domestically, a 4 month gap is so close to forever that it cannot be withstood.
I honestly don't see what the rush is. ^^;;; Limited theatrical release... okay, I can see the reason in not liking that. But complaining about the delay because it's too long... feel fortunate that it isn't taking longer, that it's coming over at all, despite the fact that so many people have already seen it, whether by import or less savory means.
