Well as you can see my name is Dan.
I can't belive that this place is so old??!!! I first played Lunar on Sega, with my close fiends when it came out. Ahh, I remember the hours spent in Brian's basement, then the bastard deleted my game right when I was at the Grindery!!
Lunar reminds me of my now dead best friend Luke, it was one of his favorites, and the first real RPG I ever played.
I've been spening my time here since I joined reading old threads, you are all hilarious. And I've noticed that there is an unusually high amount of good looking people here for a forum group.
I hope to be able to share some laughs with folks who share game intrests with me, and with as long as many of you have known each other I hope I don't butt in too much.
I'm currently rocking out to Stabbing Westward and playing Fable and SSSC, and Summoner. Why do I feel desperate now?
I'm 25. Originally from South Bend, In now in <-----. I don't have facial hair becuse I'm in the AF, and I trim. Gas is at $2.69 and it's been hot and humid. I mostly just play on the WWW or read when I'm not interacting with the fam, exercising, or working. I take out my artistis frustration in metal and I'm an amature bladesmith. Not to metion that I occasionally indulge myself in my real life superhero alter ego. I've taken many different martial arts over the years and I'm somewhat a member of The School of Two Swords. I'm part of the Wendigo tribe and a Metis Ahroun.
Did I forget anything???? I hope not. That's more than I've ever put about myself in post in the last 8 years I've been on the WWW.
I'll see all of you later. Oh yeah for pics of me just go to my home page, and if you aren't a member it only takes about ten minutes and then you can look at everyone without adding anything of yourself.

Bladesmithing! That is pretty interesting... what kind of stuff do you make? I'm in a Roman cohort group, and we do a little metalcrafting of our own (mainly brass plating with belts, some armoring, or making shoddy helmets), but I haven't gotten around to making my own blade or anything.

Therefore kepe well the scawberde allweyes with you." --- Le Morte Darthur, Sir Thomas Malory

Welcome, welcome. I'm rather new myself but I don't think that means I can't say "hi" when somoene new-er than I joins. So hello! Nice to meet you.
I too like "Save Yourself" by Stabbing Westward... though I lack any other song by the band... Since I like that one I should probably look into listening to more of them huh?

I'm mostly into large to med sized multi purpose blades. I've only completed one so far and I'm getting ready to start on my first small knife. I just can't decide on the handle.
I'll put some pics up of the big one as soon as I dye the sheath, which should be in couple of days.
Feel free to ask questions.
S.W. is pretty awsome. Unfortunately they broke up about two years ago I think. I had the chance to see them in SLC in 2001-2002, but I never went I now I'll never get to.
I would recommend picking up Wither, Blister, Burn and Peel its the CD that their biggest hits came off of. If you like it I would get all the others, unlike some bands they maintain the same sound through most of they're songs. Kind of like the Offspring, just not as extreme. Or maybe defined would be better.
Did that make sense?
Thanks for the welcomes.
