I am also so many Lunar fan. You'd think it rather disturbing that I would be amped up for what will be a FOURTH itineration of a game I played to death back in 1993. But I guess that's what makes the series special. As modern games started to lean towards existential crisis and heavy melodrama, Lunar games weren't afraid to remain simple, charming, and high spirited. I like that.

Except you, Dragon Song. You can go straight to hell.

Anyway, I don't know if I'll be on a whole lot, but regardless, I think it will be nice to talk about Lunar with fans new and old!

I also agree that the simplicity and light-heartedness of Lunar games is a big part of what makes them so great. As for Dragon Song, I usually just pretend it doesn't exist.
