First request: A Sketch of Luna standing in a field of Sakura trees.
I know the tree is a bit thick (quite a bit actually) but believe it or not I had a hard time finding a referance for one, the one I found had a rather thick trunk so that's what I drew. I don't draw Luna very often but it's good practice! A few glaring anatomy issues that never worked out, but I still like it anyway!
Second request: A cute chibi drawing of Alex handing Luna a christmas gift.
Third request: A cute chibi drawing of cat-size Nall nestled with a fish plushie.
Fourth request: Another chibi drawing showing Mia kissing a blushing Nash on the cheek under a mistletoe.
These requests I did all on one page, and this one I may re-do before the holidays arrive, as the only one I really like was the Nall one. Chibis are usually my forte but I was having a bit of trouble with 'em. Still... Nall was really cute (I thought) so here it is! I'd also love to do a real size Nash and Mia picture like that... But later!
Fifth request: A detailed faceshot sketch of any of the characters from LSSSC with shadows and color.
Here is my favorite picture of the bunch, as you can see I choose to do Jessica as I felt she did not get enough love from me and I needed to practice her. The colored pencils I used don't show up wonderfully on the scanner... I may need to adjust the settings and try again. But I'm still happy that I got to color something (since it happens to rarely)!
So there you have it! An early Merry Christmas to Maiku! I had fun with the requests and I would most happily do this again! Expect another round of Chibis in the near future, and if I'm feeling particularly ambitious a non-chibbified version of that Nash and Mia picture!
