Lunar Threads

Over the years, I've saved some rather interesting fanart pieces of Lunar. Some of them have been REALLY creepy too. I won't give examples, but just search around if you're curious. I have no idea how I find weird Lunar art I just hunt for Lunar fanart and I sometimes find scary things, lol.

Since we've been a little dead lately, I wanted to post something different. So, what's some weird or interesting Lunar fanart or fan pictures you've stumbled upon? I'll go ahead and post one.

To this day, I do not remember WHERE or HOW I found this particular picture. I know it was a long time ago though. I only remember I just had to save it because it was...so different. It's not everyday you see Ghaleon posing in Pink sleeve...things. The artist did a really good job, but I've not used to seeing Ghaleon posing in pink sleeves.

Also, don't look up "Lunar Luna" on Google images. Now, there is a lot of the Luna we know, but more than that, we got lots of freakin' PONY PORN.

There is FAR, FAR, FAR worse of Ghaleon out there, Werefrog, believe me.

There is some..."interesting"...Dyne and Ghaleon stuff out there too. I'll let you figure out what I mean by that and no, I won't go into details. You find if it you're THAT curious. Some of it is not suitable to post here...and I'd rather not think about one particular picture since I found my mind broke a little. I didn't even WANT to find something like that. I just wanted to look up Ghaleon pictures.

Speaking of ponies, I've seen a custom made Ghaleon doll with My Little Pony dolls. Yeah. This is why I claim Ghaleon has the weirdest fan art and pictures of him.

Oh, and I've seen that Hiro bromide! That was entered in the Lunar-Club's bromide contest on Deviantart. XD

I've lost my favorite Lunar fan art, and haven't been able to find it again. It was anything really weird, it was the first Lunar characters as Harvest moon characters, With Luna as the Harvest goddess and Alex and the farmer, ect, and it said Harvest Lunar on it, i though it was really cute. I thought i knew who the DA artist was but couldn't find it on her page anywhere.

I actually love that artist myself and went on a bit of a favoriting spree on Deviantart a few weeks ago, lol, but one particular Dyne/Ghaleon picture that person has done...yeah. My mind melted for a little while after seeing that picture. I'm sure you know EXACTLY which picture I'm talking about. XD

Deviantart is full of wonderful Lunar art though. :3

Oh man, I think my favorite ever Lunar fanart was called "Bath Time" and it was Nall, the kids, and Ruby at Taben's Peak, covered with tomato, and Nall had one of the kids on his shoulder, with the other kids running after him.

I actually first found the artist through Wolf's Rain fanart. They made an adorable picture of Toboe, so I looked through their "fanart" folder, and boom. There was my favorite ever Lunar fanart.

And now, their account has been deactivated. At first, I was upset, because I really liked that fanart, but thankfully, I found it on Tumblr by looking on the "FyeahLunar" blog. I now have it saved to an SD card so that I'll never lose it... *Rubs picture* My precious...

Now let's not forget Pixiv. There's a lot of lovely Lunar artwork to be found there!

Bath Time was one of the earlier Lunar fanart I loved as well! I had no idea that artist deactivated their account though. I still have it saved to my computer, though. I started saving and collecting Lunar pictures back at the beginning of 2005. My collection of saved pictures would be much larger and span before 2005, but all my files before 2005 were lost with my old computer, sadly.

Pixiv has some really good art too! Deviantart just has more Lunar fanart, though.

On the topic of Japanese websites, I remember I had quite a few pictures saved from Lunar Hope (If anyone remembers Lunar Hope) on that old computer. That was an awesome website to find Lunar fanart on back in the day! I had quite a few pictures on my old computer from Lunar Hope, that are sadly now lost. I had actually forgotten about Lunar Hope until now! Lunar Hope had some REALLY awesome fanarts of Lunar on it. I manged to poke around with the Way Back Machine and pulled up some of Lunar Hope...sadly most of the links are gone to the sands of time and dead though, along with pretty much ALL the fanarts outsides of thumbnails.
