Marky Mark: Make My Video... Does anyone have this game?

"Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch had their own video game in the Marky Mark: Make My Video game series on the Sega Mega-CD. Using various effects, the player is supposed to produce new versions of the videos to Marky Mark songs like "Good Vibrations" and "I Need Money". PC World.ca listed it as the eighth worst video game of all time. Recently, Wahlberg played the titular character in the Max Payne film based on the popular video games. Even though he played the character in the film, he has stated that he is not going to play the games."

I want to do a Let's Play of this game... because it's Mark -Fatal Hopper- Wahlberg.... If ANYONE has this game, or knows someone who has it... please, post screenshots. This has to be the greatest game ever to come on the Sega CD. -Fatal Hopper- Lunar.

There was once a time I had a friend who owned this game. Unfortunately I don't think he does any longer. I will agree however, this game was crap on a crap cracker moistened by crap sauce.

Ha! That was one of the few games my parents got me the Christmas they gave me a Sega CD! Sadly, no, I don't have it anymore. But I can say that it's every bit as ridiculous as you think it would be.

I don't think it would be so great for a Let's Play, though, as it's kind of a weird ugly stepsister to rhythm games. The song plays, and there's three TV screens each playing different footage, each screen corresponding to the A, B, and C buttons. You switch between the three screens by pressing the screen's respective button. Before the song you're given instruction to include or disclude specific types of footage, and you try to bounce around the different screens to fulfill the requirements.

Funny random factoid: The band R.E.M. was ready and willing to do their own "Make My Video" Sega CD game, but their label wouldn't allow them to.

Unless we go back in time circa young and hot Mark Wahlberg sporting a bonAr, it doesn't interest me. FMV games were the bane of the Sega CD's existence, even though they make for some great cheesy crap on a crap crusted crap cake stuffed with cacamole.

I actually liked a few of the FMV games like Night Trap and Dracula Unleashed...

They were a popular trend because it was more like an interactive movie. Dragon's Lair was a fad favorite back in the day, and so were those weird holographic games in the arcade. The FMV games were mostly obscure, but there were some popular ones that sold.
