Lunar Playthrough Part 3: Meribia to Vane

So I plowed through another chunk of the game today, going from fighting Mel and going through the Sewers to completing the Cave of Trials. A few notes:
I died twice in this section, once by a monster in the sewers (the Ammonia) and once by the Trouble Truffler, when both Alex and Luna ran out of MP. My memory of the sewers was that they were difficult, but what I appreciate now is the management of MP leading up to that point. I used two Star Lights on Alex, getting in a total of ten sword dances before the Water Dragon fell. (Alex was at level 11.) Similarly, while I couldn't use Star Lights in the Cave of Trials because items are forbidden, I kept the stat boosting to Luna the second time and preserved enough MP to take down the Trouble Truffler in 9 turns (Alex was at level 14).
One thing I'd forgotten was how eager both Phacia and Nash were to have Alex join the Magic Guild and not pursue being a Dragonmaster. Phacia's motives are obvious, but as for Nash, I find myself wondering if, even here, he's kind of a turncoat.
One other note - I know that Alun has at points observed the change in the depiction of religion in this game towards a more conventional, Western, perhaps Christian rite. When I saw the light (presumably from stained glass) in this picture, I decided to see if I could find a reference image.
An image search yields nothing, even when I isolated the image like so.
However, looking at some examples of stained glass, I soon found the figure in the south rose window of Chartres Cathedral. Here's the link to the entire window, and below is the relevant detail.
Who is that? One of the 24 elders of the apocalypse. It's entirely possible that the image was gotten from another window with a similar image, and there's probably not much more thought put into it, but it's really curious to see such a figure depicted there. Is that depicting anyone in particular in the Lunar world? Am I overthinking this?
