This board is for general discussion of Lunar. Especially things such as Lunar merchandise, general discussions about the story that span more than one game, etc.
I wonder if LUNAR bought a house on the moon yet? XD
In all seriousness, is anything planned here? I've already mentioned it in the Lunar Discord (we're doing an art prompt, *possibly* a fanzine with it), and https://fyeahlunar.tumblr.com/ seems to have something going on too.
Nothing is planned here that I'm aware of, but I've been out of the loop because work has been crazy. I do have something I want to develop and post -- a look at Japanese magazine articles leading up to TSS's release, with early screenshots and what they show about the game. I found scans of two sets of magazines for Aug 91 - Aug 92; one of them is incomplete but I own the magazines themselves and just need to do the scanning, and maybe some rescanning at higher res than the site I found them on had. And there's some text to translate, or at least summarize; I can tell enough to know it's of interest to me but can't be confident that I'm reading it correctly. So I need help with that. But more than anything I need TIME and I don't have it.
Alunissage! That would be great, though I am sorry (but completely know) about the whole time issue. I can't help in any way, but it would be nifty to see what you have with the translations.

My suggestion for the 30th anniversary is get your best snacks and your best drinks and have a great time playing through 1 & 2 all over again whatever console one prefers (^^)

I'm looking forward to more development from that tribute site (a few items up, hopefully more coming)! In the meantime while Alun and I come up with a super-secret-almost-on-time-celebration-plan, here is Lunar-Net offshoot RPGFan's team talking about Lunar music...including really excellent music critic Patrick "Ramza" Gann, who indirectly led me to contribute occasional translations to Lunar-Net!
